PAYMENT INFORMATION
ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR PUPPY AND CONTACTED US ON IT'S AVAILABILITY, your next step is to send a deposit to hold your puppy.
The deposit on any puppy is $200.00 unless otherwise noted. The deposit is non-refundable.
We only accept CASH if you are personnally delivering your deposit, PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT MAKING IT TO HERE. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS e-mail us for our mailing address.
For your convenience, we have set up and option to send your deposit using PayPal. There is a 3% fee for using Pay Pal, which is already calculated and added to the deposit amount. Because of all the fraud going around, Pay Pal is our preferred method.
You may use Pay Pal to send the remaining balance or may payments and to cover the shipping cost of your puppy, prior to shipping. 3% fee applies, and it is not used for the balance of the pup, it is used for the fees PayPal charges.
We NO LONGER keep puppies on hold waiting for a "mailed" deposit to reach us. You may secure your puppy only if you send a tracking number to us to confirm your deposit is on the way. IT MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 3 DAYS.
If your puppy is being shipped to you, the remainder of the price of the puppy, must be paid 2 weeks before the puppy is to ship. The cost associated with shipping must be paid 1 week before the puppy is due to ship, I will call the airlines and get the amount as this changes everytime the fuel prices change. I WILL NOT BOOK YOUR PUPPIES FLIGHT UNTIL THE SHIPPING IS PAID IN FULL, AND THE FUNDS HAVE TRANSFERED INTO THE BANK. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS. If you need more time to pay, it is your responsibility to contact us, and make arrangements, if you have not contacted us and the puppy is ready to ship, YOU WILL LOSE ALL THE MONIES PAID. If your payment is not made on time, we will make your puppy available again.
If your puppy is being picked up, the remainder of the price of the puppy can be paid when you come to pick up your puppy. PLEASE BRING CASH ONLY.
We have a "NO-REFUND POLICY". We will replace your puppy with a puppy of your choice of equal purchase price, in the event that something should happen to it in our care, but when you tell us you want a puppy we assume that you MEAN IT. If there is not a puppy immediately available, you will be added to our waiting list to be guaranteed first pick of future litters. Any monies paid, including deposit, will be credited toward the purchase price of another puppy. In the event that the puppy that you choose has a HIGHER PRICE than the original puppy, you will be responsible for the diference. NO REFUND OR CREDIT IF YOU, (THE BUYER) DECIDE NOT TO GET THE PUPPY.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT SEND any deposit on a puppy before you contact us. We will try to keep the site updated regularly, but there may be times when puppies become unavailable and we have not gotten our site updated. Pleae e-mail and make sure the puppy is still available.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are several payment options available to you. All Payment options besides POSTAL MONEY ORDERS WILL result in your payment having a hold put on it by our bank until it clears. Pay Pal transactions are held by our bank for 3 days before release.
Because of all the "CASHIER CHECK FRAUD" GOING AROUND WE RECOMMEND PAY PAL If Pay Pal is not an option for you, a UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDER FROM THE POST OFFICE may be your best bet. Money Orders from the Postal Service will not require a hold because, I work for the Postal Service and I can verify ASAP with my equipment.
Finaly a cashier's check or official bank checks are an option of last resort, as our bank put a 10 day hold on all these checks. Also money orders from places "OTHER" than the Postal Service will be put on a 10 day hold by our bank.
No shipping of any puppy unless ALL monies have cleared through our bank and been released.
We DO NOT "REFUND" over payments and we do not do 3rd party shipping (most of these are "SCAMS" )
The "ONLY" tracing numbers we will accept are as follows:
USPS- EXPRESS MAIL, OR DELICERY CONFORMATION
UPS- NEXT DAY OR 2ND DAY
FED-EX - NEXT DAY, OR 2ND DAY
This does not mean your puppy will ship the day after we get your money.
